blu Condominium Approved for Okaloosa Island. A new seven-story condo is headed to Okaloosa Island. Blue Condominium will sit adjacent to public beach access No. 6. Under an agreement with the county, the developer has paid $15,000 to use the beach access and for landscaping along Santa Rosa Boulevard. The development order allows the firm to start construction any time within the next 12 months.
